Is the A.C. on? It's HOT! When hot summer days hit, it can be tough to keep our skin nourished & hydrated. This Self-Care DIY Rose Facial Mist is super easy to make & provides a nice cool down when temperatures are high.
Self-Care DIY Rose Facial Mist Recipe
1. Rose Petals
Rose Petals are considered to be a natural toner that help to soothe the skin & retain its moisture. They are a great source of Vitamin C as well as a natural sunblock. The water extracted from rose petals helps to reduce redness, acne & skin irritations. The fragrance of roses also supports an uplifted mood reduced anxiety.
2. Witch Hazel
Witch Hazel is a wonderful plant that's extract contains highly potent anti-inflammatory benefits. It also supports & reduces skin irritation & protects against skin damage. It also helps to preserve the shelf life of your Rose Water.

Ingredients required:
Directions:
Comibine your Rose Petals & Distilled Water in a saucepan. Make sure to fully saturate your Roes Petals. Bring to a boil & let simmer for 15 minutes on a low setting.
Allow to cool then remove the rose petals using a strainer.
Add 3/4 cup of your Rose Water to your spray bottle, top with 1/3 Witch Hazel
Add in your Essential Oills, secure the lid & shake well.
Now you are set to start using your Self-Care DIY Rose Facial Mist. You can store in the fridge for longer shelf life as well as keeping it nice & cool to use!
